3 Hour Escrima Single Stick & Knife Seminar

1:00pm - 4:00pm

Sticks/Wooden Training Knives are available if required at £7 each.

We will be training in the use of  the single stick covering handling, the 11 basic strikes, the 3 ranges, etc. We will also training in the use of the knife - solo & partner drills, self defence, and also a combination of both the stick & knife together.

Anyone Interested in taking part should register interest by adding their name to the Seminar form at any of the weekly classes.

Please Note:
All fees must be paid by Thursday 26th March in order for Sifu Agar to purchase the required sticks and knives in time for the class.
