Suitable for men and women of all ages. Children must be over 13 years of age and accompanied by an adult.
Any beginners that would like to come along to the classes mentioned
above are more than welcome. Once the basics are learnt at the beginner
classes, you will be able to come along to any of the other Wing Chun
classes during the week.

Chris Crudell , best known as the host of BBC television programmes such as Mind, Body & Kick Ass Moves, recently held a seminar for students of John Agar at the Britley School.
Chris runs Kick Ass Seminars , for martial arts clubs who are interested in cross training with Chris Crudelli.
His seminar includes elements of his own JFM system, both physical and psychological, tips and tricks as seen in his BBC TV work and concepts and techniques he has learned from training alongside many of the worlds best masters.
Included are methods for developing enhanced timing , speed, co ordination, focus, the physics of body alignment in the issuance of force, internal and external elements of striking and blocking, deception as used in combat and strategy forming, alongside Qi Gong.
All positions were filled immediately and all who attended agreed it was an excellent event. See the sample photos below:-

Three of these videos form a set - Wing Chun for the Complete Beginner. The fouth and final video is also related to this set and is free when all three beginner videos are purchased as a set.
The first day of filming the new Wing Chun Videos for complete beginners was a success on Saturday. It was after much planning, testing and scripting that we finally got under way making our first in a series of 3 videos.
Sifu John Agar and a number of students hired out the Birtley Community Centre for the full day in order to get as much of the filming done as possible.
In the new year I will commission the filming of a number of lessons for beginner in the Wing Chun style of Kung Fu. These martial art videos (almost instructional videos) will be available for download in the near future. The Wing Chun Kung Fuvideos for the beginner are aimed at people who cannot attend my regular classes. Through the internet I can bring my experience in martial arts to you, where ever you are in the world!
